The Academy for Early Learners is a boutique early learning centre with only a maximum of 36 children. The Academy programs are delivered by highly skilled tertiary qualified Early Childhood Educators.  The Academy holds the belief that optimum learning environments and best outcomes for young children, are best delivered with small groups and highly skilled educators.

As we believe in the best learning outcomes for our children. This is reflected in our Educators qualifications we employ only the highest qualified educators for the Academy. Miss Michelle (Head Teacher)

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Master of Education

Ms Michelle has a Bachelor of Education Early Childhood (0-8) and a Master of Education from Curtin University of Technology and graduated with distinction being a leader in the Early Childhood Field. Miss Michelle is an experienced early childhood educator. She has been working in the Early Childhood field for over a decade. She has gained a wealth of experience teaching in private, catholic and government primary schools, bringing this knowledge into the school readiness program delivered by the Academy. Miss Michelle “The first five years of a child’s life provides the fundamental skills for future learning”.

Ms Chloe (Head Teacher)

Bachelor or Education

Ms Chloe is our head teacher for our preschool room. Ms Chloe has been working in the Early Childhood field for many years. She has a Bachelor of Early Childhood from Charles Stuart University. Ms Chloe has a keen interest in preparing young learners with fundamental skills before commencing school. She delivers a learn to read program and also runs a musical development program with our graduates learning to play the piano. Ms Chloe is a highly skilled music teacher with fluency in playing the (piano, guitar, violin and ukulele)

Miss Jaemin (Head Teacher)

Bachelor of Teaching (First Class Honours)

Miss Jaemin is our head teacher for the infants class. She has a Bachelor of Teaching with Honours from the University of Newcastle. She delivers a program which develops the social and emotional learning as well as creating learning experiences from her innovative programming. Miss Jaemin is also fluent in Korean and English. She brings new ideas and passion for learning to her class.

Miss Aine (Head Teacher)

Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies (Second Class Honours)

Miss Aine is our head teacher for the toddlers group 2-3 years of age. Miss Aine has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies (Second Class Honours). Miss Aine has international teaching experience and has worked in a variety of settings. She brings with her international experience a multitude of teaching knowledge and practices adopted in some of the best early childhood systems in the world. Miss Aine uses this knowledge to create innovative learning experiences for young learners. She excels in languages and can speak English, Irish and German fluently.
